As with any web request, the receiving service also processes connection data such as IP address and user agent for delivery and security purposes.

AI chat and OpenAI
If you use the AI chat widget, we process the messages you submit, the generated answers, and the conversation context needed to respond to you. The chat runs through FORMATION’s Chat Core and Haystack services and is connected to an OpenAI-powered AI agent.
Your chat messages and the relevant conversation context are sent through the OpenAI API to generate an answer. The answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not enter special-category personal data, passwords, confidential business information, or information you are not authorised to share.
OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for abuse monitoring for up to 30 days unless a shorter or zero-retention setting applies. Contact and meeting forms
If you use the contact or meeting forms on this site, we process the information you submit in order to respond to your request. Depending on the form, this may include:
