Specialist Detail
SEO Manager
Overview
Run SEO as a recurring operating workflow so technical SEO improvements, content updates, and Generative Engine Optimization opportunities do not sit idle.
Problem
SEO work often sits in a vague middle ground where everyone agrees it matters but no one keeps the cycle moving. Technical SEO issues, content gaps, metadata fixes, internal linking improvements, and newer Generative Engine Optimization opportunities stay in the backlog for too long.
Right Fit
Choose this when you want search performance improved through a recurring operating rhythm rather than occasional SEO projects. It fits teams that already have a site and need priorities surfaced, sequenced, and acted on consistently.
What You Get
You get a standing SEO workflow that keeps identifying and acting on the highest-value opportunities. That can include scans, fixes, page refreshes, content-gap summaries, prioritization, Generative Engine Optimization experiments, and reporting on what changed and what should happen next.
How XYZ Runs It
XYZ reviews the site, identifies the highest-leverage work first, and helps establish recurring cycles for scanning, prioritization, implementation, and reporting. The goal is a compounding workflow for SEO operations, not sporadic bursts of SEO activity.
Choose This Instead Of
Choose this when search visibility is the operating problem. If the bigger issue is general site maintenance and publishing support, Webmaster is broader. If the site needs structural cleanup first, start with Agentic Website .
