Client Success Story

Geomob

How XYZ used agentic document and presentation workflows for Geomob collateral, outreach, and email operations.

Back

Geomob is a long-running geospatial community for people building and discussing location technology.

XYZ supported Geomob with agentically powered presentations and partner outreach collateral. One practical example was transforming a deck in a couple of hours on request, using structured review and document-generation workflows rather than treating the material as a one-off manual production task.

The practical outcome: sponsor deck work that normally takes days was turned around in a couple of hours.

The sponsor presentation work was not only a writing task. It moved through the full production workflow: structure, messaging, layout review, editing, export, asset handling, and final publication. We treated the material as a controlled document workflow, with the AI helping turn sponsor positioning, event context, and review notes into a polished PDF without rebuilding the document by hand.

The same presentation pattern also applies to event and conference material. Instead of building decks slide by slide, the work can happen in a structured workspace where the AI can refine copy, design, visuals, pacing, export, and deployment together. That makes high-quality presentation work feel closer to shipping a small product than dragging boxes around in a slide editor.

The work also included email-agent support, making outreach and follow-up easier to operate around event and partner activity.

This is the kind of focused document and outreach workflow where agentic systems are useful: fast enough for real deadlines, structured enough to stay reviewable, and practical enough to reuse.
